Since 1997, New Jersey salsa singer Frankie Negrón has made a name for himself in the Latino music world with several Spanish-language albums. Last month he released ‘Torn’, the first single from his first English-language album, ‘Independence Day’, due out in America in late September.

Have a listen to the soulful ‘Holding on to Love’ (‘Adicto A Tu Piel’ en español), another track from the album. Memo to Marc Anthony: I think you have some competition!
