In the Post #69: I Dream in Colour – Finding the Courage

We’ve been given an exclusive to post a brand new I Dream in Colour song, ‘Finding the Courage’. Rather than hear me prattle on how good this song makes me feel when I hear it, I will let frontman Richard Judge tell you more about it…

‘Finding The Courage’ was written in Serbia following one of the best nights of my life at Exit Festival, clouded only by the punch in the nose I got from a Serbian the size of a tank. If you’re reading this: fear not, I forgive you. But it was only a frisbee.
I don’t think we’ve ever played this anywhere other than last in the set. It’s always been the closer. For us, it feels like a secret weapon, like it wouldn’t belong anywhere else. Musically, it’s different to anything else we’ve ever done.
It always feels like a massive lift at the end of a show, for us and the audience. I guess it just has a real guts to it. It’s a proper rock ‘n’ roll tune written about hope, being young and never being afraid to dream. And it’s played with a lot of bollocks. I hope you enjoy it.

Fairly decent song but astoundingly lazy journalism. If you’re going to post it then at least have a fucking opinion on it.
