Even if you’re not a synth geek, you have to respect OMD as trailblazers for their contributions to the early days of mainstream electronic music. If I’ve whet your appetite for the band via my review of their show at the 9:30 earlier this month, check out these remixes of tunes from their most recent album, ‘History of Modern’. French Horn Rebellion interpret ‘If You Want It’, Krystal Klear remix the title track from the album and self-admitted OMD fanatics Monarchy try their hand at remixing ‘Sister Mary Says’.
