MP3 of the Day #344: Locksley

By on Friday, 27th May 2011 at 10:00 am

Whoa oh-oh. So last weekend we were waiting for the end to come via the rapture. Forget all that: this is the real Rapture. Rather the Rapture’s Gabriel Andruzzi has taken a track by Locksley (a band I was stumping for in late 2009) and completely changed the vibe. ‘The Whip’ in its original, non-Rapture form will appear on the band’s self-titled debut album, due out on 12 July in the States. (So if you like Locksley’s sound but don’t like this remix for some reason, not to worry.)
