MP3 of the Day #353: David E. Sugar

David E. Sugar put out one of the more thought-provoking dance records of last year: his debut, ‘Memory Store’, was released on Rob da Bank’s Sunday Best Recordings label and got some many accolades from the press, including mine. The famed globetrotting DJ is offering up the third single from the album, ‘Fingers on the Button’, as a free download. It’s perfect to start off your weekend.

The digital single for ‘Fingers on the Button’ is backed by the compressed synth ballad ‘Although You May Laugh’ (also from ‘Memory Store’) and the single package includes two remixes of both album tracks.
