The Postelles released their debut last month, but they’re not satisfied resting on their laurels. No, the boys from New York City decided to cover the unlikeliest of songs: the Smiths’ ‘Ask’. Now, as a devoted Smiths fan, I imagined this could have gone terribly, terribly wrong. Seriously, who can match the flirty, sexual ambiguity of Morrissey’s vocals?
