MP3(s) of the Day (and more!) #623: Fossil Collective

Leeds band Fossil Collective is getting ready to release a new EP, ‘On and On’, on the 22nd of October on Dirty Hit. For the video for the title track, the band went to Leeds animators Broken Pixels to produce an interesting, nature-centric promo. You can watch the video below. Mark Radcliffe is a fan of the track, likening Fossil Collective’s sound to Villagers (pre-synth of course) and Band of Horses. Catch the band on tour this October on a headlining tour and supporting the Civil Wars at the end of October into early November at the dates listed at the end of this post; tickets are on sale now.
But this wouldn’t me a MP3 of the Day post if we didn’t have mp3s for you to download. When they were working on ‘On and On’ the studio, Fossil Collective recorded another EP that they wanted to offer to their fans for free. You can get this other EP for free in exchange for your email address in the widget below.
