Video of the Moment #1278: Fenech-Soler

I’m biting my nails over the release of Fenech-Soler‘s sophomore album ‘Rituals’, out on the 2nd of September. Two weekends ago frontman Ben Duffy commented that performing the new songs at this year’s Tramlines “Sheffield, for me, felt like it all clicked from a live perspective.” Which is pretty damn cool.
Today the band have revealed the video for ‘Last Forever’, the latest song from the new release they’ve let out of the bag. It will be released as a single 2 weeks after ‘Rituals’, on the 16th of September. The storyline? The 15-year old son of Jamaican surf legend Billy Wilmot is seen perfecting his technique in the beautiful Caribbean waves. While it’s shot gorgeously, the video seems more summery than Fenech-Soler normally seems, but I guess it works for the time and the mood. Watch the video below.
