Confirm or deny the presence (or indeed, absence) of bears in your hometown, as shown in the new British Sea Power video for ‘Monsters of Sunderland’, taken from their current album ‘Machineries of Joy’. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, watch the promo below.

Hello there,

Thanks for featuring the video on your website. My friends and I made it, in London, because that’s where we live. We really wanted to shoot it in Sunderland but didn’t have the time or budget -we blew what little we had on sweets, pedalos and a Sunderland scarf for the football scene.
