Video of the Moment #1630: Sinkane

Ahmed Gallab, who goes by the stage name Sinkane, has been receiving plaudits from all over for his current album ‘Mean Love’, out now on DFA Records. The ultra cool, ultra funky ‘How We Be’ now has a promo video and like Glass Animals‘ ‘Hazey’ 2 weeks ago, features the amazing talents of local dancers. Except instead of bone breakers, more conventional but a no less impressive, dazzling display of step, ballet and breakdancing heroes showing off the varied neighbourhoods in the Big Apple. Watch the video below.

Sinkane’s next live appearance in the UK is on the 1st of December at London Oslo in Hackney.
