Video of the Moment #2086: James Blake feat. Bon Iver

While I was in Toronto for Canadian Music Week 2016, not only Radiohead decided to drop a new album with no advance warning. ‘The Colour in Anything’ is James Blake‘s newest long player, and like the one from Thom Yorke and co., it’s already making waves among music media and fans. Not surprising, given that he won the 2013 Mercury Music Prize for his second album ‘Overgrown’.
A new video has recently premiered from the album, and it features a pretty big cameo. ‘I Need a Forest Fire’ stars Bon Iver and visually, it’s made arresting by the artistic work of United Visual Artists: Matt Clark in collaboration with Chris Davenport. It’s been revealed at this art company will be accompanying Blake on his headline tours in 2016 and beyond, suggesting the live experience will be second to none and his gigs this year will be unmissable events.
