TGTF’s Spotify Playlist: July 2016

Continuing our celebration of new summer music, which started last month right back here, we at TGTF have put together a Spotify playlist of all the songs featured on the site during the month of July (except for a handful that weren’t available on the Spotify platform). If you missed any of our features over the past month, you can quickly and easily catch up on all the action right here in audio form.
July’s playlist includes summery titles by prog-psych rock band Syd Arthur (‘Sun Rays’) and sister act Xylaroo (‘Sunshine’), as well as new singles from Equador, Roosevelt and Spanish indie trio The Parrots. We also reviewed the peppy posthumously-released album by Viola Beach, the sophomore LP from NYC band Drowners, and the debut album from electro singer/songwriter Shura. Summer music festivals are in full swing, but if you’re watching from afar this year, you’re sure to find your new music fix in this month’s playlist instead.
Leave us a comment below and tell us what you think. If you like the monthly playlist, we might just make it a regular TGTF feature! If you want to subscribe to the TGTF Spotify account, you can plug “spotify:user:tgtftunes” (no quotes) and hit the Follow button. Happy listening!

What a great idea. I’m listening to it right now. I hope you will compile a playlist every month.
I love the site too!! Keep up the good work.
