Video of the Moment #2362: Fleet Foxes

By on Tuesday, 16th May 2017 at 6:00 pm

Robin Pecknold and Fleet Foxes have been quiet for quite a few years since their second album, 2011’s ‘Helplessness Blues’. Incredibly, it’s been nearly a decade since their self-titled debut on Bella Union and Sub Pop, which spawned megahit ‘White Winter Hymnal’ and spurred on the growing of hipster beards, a trend that has lasted until now.

Next month, their third album ‘Crack-Up’ will see the light of day. ‘Fool’s Errand’ is the first taster from this long-awaited long player, and it now has a promo video that we’re sharing with you today. Hearing the song is as if they’ve never been gone. Watch the promo video for ‘Fool’s Errand’ below. ‘Crack-Up’ drops on the 16th on June on Nonesuch Records. It’s been a while since we’ve written about Fleet Foxes, but you’re welcome to entertain yourself with our past coverage on the band through here.
