Hockey, Passion Pit and Bear Hands / February 2009 UK Tour

Bear Hands (side)Hockey, Passion Pit (pictured top) and Bear Hands (pictured right) have all announced that they’re all off on tour together early next year.

The three bands will share the bill for all dates on the tour apart from at the London Cargo (February 23), where Passion Pit will not play.

Tickets are on sale now, priced at £7 for all dates except for London which is £8.50 a ticket.

Boy CrisisNews of the first Wonky Pop tour of 2009 has been announced. The successful series of tours, which this year featured the likes of Alphabeat, Sam Sparro and Frankmusic, will feature two of the most hotly tipped names for 2009 – the amazing Dan Black (pictured top) and New Yorkers Boy Crisis (pictured right).

The tour whih goes the length and breadth of the UK, will see the two BBC Sound of 2009 nominated artists embark on their first major tour.

Tickets are on sale now for some dates, and go on sale tomorrow (Monday 15th) for the rest of the dates.

Hotly tipped New Yorkers School of Seven Bells have announced a string of tour dates for next February and March. Formed by ex-Secret Machines guitarist Benjamin Curtis and former On! Air! Library! sisters Alejandra and Claudia Deheza, the trio will play 6 UK shows and one in Ireland before moving across the channel to slowly conquer Europe.

Goldie Lookin’ Chain have announced another UK tour, somehow still managing to get around the countr, managing to still ride the wave of their minor 2005 success. And, suprisingly, they actually seem to be working hard, with an almost 20 night non-stop run around the UK.
