Holy Ghost! appeared Halloween night on David Letterman, and now you can watch their performance of ‘Dumb Disco Ideas’, appearing on their current album ‘Dynamics’ out now on DFA Records. And not a bit spooky at all. Watch it below.

Alex and Nick of Holy Ghost! have a new video for their song ‘Okay’, from their latest album ‘Dynamics’. I don’t know what to say about the video except that it’s purposely out of focus and the two guys look like androids. See for yourself by watching it below.

New York’s Holy Ghost! has an unusual video for their song ‘Teenagers in Heat’, which comes across as a love letter to the city. I’m not a huge fan of the Big Apple but I found this absolutely precious. The DFA Records-associated dance act starring Alex Frankel and Nick Millhiser comes out with their new album ‘Dynamics’ on the 10th of September.

Video of the Moment (and more!) #674: Holy Ghost!

Are you still nursing a post-New Year’s hangover? Maybe this is not what the doctor ordered for a Friday night, then. Or maybe it is, if you’re raring to go and you want to party on the first official weekend of 2012. For those in the latter category, Holy Ghost!‘s video for ‘I Wanted to Tell Her’ (their cover of Ministry’s ’80s hit) is a mini-film showing off drummer Nick Milhiser’s whack dance (channelling John Travolta?) and BMX moves. We never knew…because he never comes out from behind his drum kit…

The cover has guest appearances from fellow DFA artists Nancy Whang of LCD Soundsystem and Juan Maclean, and the song can be downloaded for free at Green Label Sound.

New York’s Holy Ghost! will be releasing a new EP this autumn called ‘Hold My Breath’. It’s a live performance video, but with a difference. Enjoy it below.

The ‘Hold My Breath’ EP drops on the 17th of October and will include remixes from Tiger & Woods, Cosmic Kids and Falty DL.

Here’s a short, whimsical video perfect for a Sunday morning. It’s for the Holy Ghost! song ‘Some Children’ featuring legendary soul singer Michael McDonald. The illustrations are by Adam Fuchs (brother of the late Jerry Fuchs of LCD Soundsystem and !!!) in association with Adult Swim.
