We are happy to offer up a new track from London’s Wheels below as a free download. Called ‘In My Head’, it’s got swirly guitars that hit the right spot and wonderfully echoey vocals to match (“I had a vision last night…”) Nu-shoegaze? Possibly.
Wheels’s single ‘Feel About Me’ is due out next Monday (6 December), and we posted the promo for it as a VOTM last week.

Wheels are a fresh-faced London quartet described on their press sheets as ‘boys who emulate Britpop cool and create credible guitar pop – think Blur, not Busted‘. Their song ‘Feel About Me’ is their debut track to be released in early December and features lead singer George Runciman’s snarly vocals (reminds a bit of Richard Ashcroft when he was fronting the Verve, not in his less exciting post-Verve years) and as promised, fun guitars. Watch the humourous video below (cats chasing toy cars around and a visit to Machineton) and let us know what you think.

‘Feel About Me’ will be released 06 December on This Feeling Records.
